Hi there…and thanks for thumbing through my website!

I have always loved documenting history visually for my family and friends and now that I’m retired from my first career, I am focusing on my passion for photography to embrace my second career.

I call Lake Conroe, TX my home now and spend my time traveling to find beautiful spots in nature to capture while looking for places with photogenic animals to grab a shot of their uniqueness. I also love thrifting stores to find old frames to repurpose and make a complete work of art!

If you want some history about me…I have had no professional photography training just learned through trial/error, practice, following people whose work I admire and asking lots of questions to those who seem to be doing it right. Might sound odd but it got me the opportunity to build a Multi Media Team for the state of California’s Department of Child Support Services. I built and led the team for 10 years where it started as a one person show (just me) and turned into a 5-person team that created videos, photos, posters and all forms of social media for the department and individual child support county offices.

My passion for capturing the beauty of this world drives me and inspires my images. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my art with you!
